Donald Rogers

MERCHANDISING, DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

With over three decades of experience in product development, merchandising and brand strategy, Don has helped grow some of the most distinguished brands in performance and lifestyle apparel.

He began his career in Germany with Benetton by managing the brand’s product lines, public relations, and production strategy. In his role with L.L. Bean and Caterpillar, Don led the men’s apparel line to unprecedented sales growth with First to Market technology. Through his latest roles as President of Duckworth and consultant to small businesses, he has honed his entrepreneurial skills with small-scale enterprises.

 
 

Adam Roberts

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Adam launched his design career working with extreme winter sport athletes to develop first-to-market technology incorporated into outerwear. Now, with over 20 years of experience working for international brands, Adam applies his passion and product ingenuity to lead design teams and develop product lines for leading retailers.

 
 

Beth Reece

Beth is passionate about designing innovative, technically superior gear with extraordinary style. Through her years of experience working with athletes, she has created products that help them exceed their limits and bring authentic comfort into their active lifestyles. 

Her exceptional designs come from her obsession with product and building extraordinary gear, and through years of experience working with industry leading companies. Beth approaches every project from the user’s perspective, designing clean, elegant lines with simple forms built to work with the body. Her knowledge of apparel construction enables her to create authentic clothing that connects with the soul of the market and consumer.

 
 

Molly Urquhart

DESIGN & PRODUCTION

Molly brings over 10 years of experience to our team in leading outdoor brand product development and design. She has extensive knowledge in the technical construction of active waterproof and insulated garments, as well as traditional cut and sew fabrications. Her innovative and trend-right designs have won her partners multiple Outdoor Industry awards.

 
 

Whitne Doneen

DESIGN & MANUFACTURING

 

For more than 10 years, Whitne has helped brands in the apparel industry grow with fresh, innovative designs. Her focus is driven by a desire to see her client’s succeed. Whitne’s approach is to understand the end consumer and what they truly need from each garment. She balances form and function in her designs to create apparel that both looks great and delivers peak performance.

 
 

Morgan Powers

TECHNICAL DESIGN & MANUFACTURING

 

A creative and independent thinker, Morgan has 13 years of experience developing innovative and inspired apparel for a range of businesses. Her background in Technical Design enables her to create practical, authentic products. She transforms design concepts into tangible garments while ensuring construction is completed with integrity and in alignment with her customer’s values.

 
 

Elizabeth Lopeman

TEXTILE DESIGN & COPYWRITING

 

Elizabeth has developed content for the European Patent Office, Departures Magazine, Amway Europe, Burda Creative Group, and others. Her articles on art and design have appeared in Metropolis, American Craft, PROJECT M Magazine, Surface Design Journal, FiberArts, Sculpture Magazine, and more. In addition to being a strong writer, she is a passionate student of the arts and is a knitwear importer. Lopeman is the author of “Trans Europe Express,” a collection of short stories published by Propeller Books in 2014.

Kendra Gaeta

STRATEGY & BUSINESS OPERATIONS

A consultant in the product, business, and marketing space for over 14 years, Kendra has advised start-ups and established brands through product research & development, production, launch, and marketing.

Kendra has a keen eye for culture and consumers and was an early pioneer in the digital marketing space, integrating online and in person experiences for brands like Toyota, Tylenol, and Pew Charitable Trusts, long before the playbook was written.

As a product manager, her strength in planning and navigating across business units creates efficiencies so teams organized from project to project.
